1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Prelimix platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prelimix is an AI-powered platform that helps users create pre-order pages for product ideas. The Service includes features for gauging market interest, collecting customer feedback, and securing initial pre-orders.

3. Early Bird Pricing and Lifetime Discounts

The 30% lifetime discount offered during the pre-launch period applies only to the plan selected during pre-order or any lower-tier plan. If you choose to upgrade to a higher-tier plan after launch, standard pricing will apply to the difference. The lifetime discount remains valid as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

• Upgrades to higher-tier plans will be charged at standard rates
• The discount is non-transferable and applies only to the original account
• Prelimix reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer for accounts that violate our terms of service

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your computer or mobile device
• All activities that occur under your account

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vialabs UK Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prelimix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
